TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
Besides the flaw detection and metallographic examinations on a special order we
are able to undertake an execution of computer simulations and numerical modeling
of any technical object. To assess the technical state of elements, to analyze the
arisen damage or to determine necessary modifications to the machine parts, there
is a need to execute numerical strength calculations. We can calculate the maximal
loads, tensions and de-formations that occur in specific areas of individual details.
Strength calcu-lations provide accurate information on the effort and the natural
frequency of the analyzed structure.
These simulations are made for the assumption
of a variety of working conditions (stress, reactions, forces, temperature distribution).
Through simulation analysis, it is possible to locate places with maximum values
of stress / strain, where can occur immediate or fatigue failures. The obtained
results allow introducing changes to the element's design. These replace expensive
analysis of the tests executed on the real objects.
